Perimeter Engineering Protection Systems

Engineering protection systems are arguably the most important and effective means of ensuring the reliable security of a facility. Perimeter engineering protection systems primarily include barbed wire, Egoza razor wire, and the protective fences constructed using these materials.

Modern high-efficiency perimeter protection systems are manufactured from barbed wire and Egoza razor wire. These include the Egoza concertina wire barrier, the flat barrier, Egoza mobile barriers, the Cobra double concertina wire barrier, and many other solutions.

Protective fences made from Egoza razor wire are installed on existing structures or fences but can also be used independently, mounted on special brackets and metal fixtures. This configuration forms a barbed-wire fence or a fence based on Egoza concertina and flat barriers.

Although many perimeter engineering protection systems still rely on a product invented more than a century ago – traditional barbed wire – progress in this field is evident.
